At Cangraft Equipment Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality safety systems and equipment for tower cranes, including Anti-Collision Devices (ACD), Safe Load Indicators (SLI), and related products. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, our return policy is outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Any request for return must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products (e.g., special ACD configurations, software-integrated SLIs) are not eligible for return, unless defective.
• Installed or tampered products will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at info@cangraftequipment.com or call +91-8800495428 with your invoice and product details.
2. Our technical team will evaluate the issue remotely and, if needed, issue a return authorization.
3. The product must be securely packaged and shipped to our designated service center (address will be provided during the return process).

4. Inspection & Resolution

• Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected by our quality control team.
• If approved, we will offer:
  • A replacement unit, or
  • A credit note/refund (as per agreement).

5. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed product defect or dispatch error from our side.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be canceled if the product has been dispatched or specially configured.
